Meet Bill:
Bill Hoster has spent his entire life doing what real leadership requires: showing up, taking responsibility, and stepping in when others won’t. From the ambulance bay to the boardroom to the mayor’s office, Bill’s work has been defined by service, accountability, and results.
A Life Built on Service
A U.S. Navy Corpsman, longtime EMT and paramedic, entrepreneur, and now Mayor of Leeds, Bill’s leadership comes from decades of real-world service, not politics. As Mayor, he led the multi-year effort to secure stable, long-term funding for Fire and EMS services while reversing a property tax increase. He also served as Chair of the Fire District Board, strengthened Hurricane Valley Fire District operations, and created the free Youth Entrepreneurship Program in Leeds to mentor local kids.
Entrepreneur, Inventor & Business Builder
In his professional career, Bill founded and grew multiple EMS and medical device companies, served in major corporate leadership roles, including COO, National Sales Manager, and Director-level positions, and helped organizations across the country turn around operations, improve strategy, and support first responders.
Grounded in faith, family, and community, Bill believes leadership is simple: show up, take responsibility, and get the job done.
